Additional Compensation: Annual bonuses (variable depending on office and performance) and overtime opportunities are available at FPCA’s After Hours Clinic (eligible after 6 months of employment based on performance)
Schedule: Full Time (Monday-Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM, Friday 8 AM - 12 PM)

Patient Services Coordinator Job duties include:
- Greet patients in a polite and inviting manner in order to facilitate a comforting and welcoming environment
- Answer phones timely and professionally in order to ensure office efficiency at every level of your office
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patients’ records according to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards and our company policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for our patients
- Verify insurance coverage and patient demographics to aid our billing office and medical staff
- Maintain a clean and orderly waiting area to enhance the patient experience of your office
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Experience in medical field preferred
