This posting is for multiple openings of Patient Services Specialist - Outpatient Rehab at Providence St. Luke's Rehabilitation Medical Center in Spokane, WA. We are hiring for the following opportunities:
- Full Time, Day Shift, 40 hours a week
- Supplemental or Per Diem, Day Shift, no guaranteed hours
Under the general direction of department leadership, the Patient Services Specialist performs a variety of tasks related to patient scheduling, pre-registration, and authorization/verification of benefits in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. The Patient Services Specialist cultivates working relationships between therapists, practitioners, and patients.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience with patient scheduling
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of billing or insurance company experience
