As a Patient Transport Dispatcher, you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of patients, medications, specimens, and equipment across our healthcare facilities. What You Will Do

• Coordinate and plan the movement of patients, medications, specimens, and equipment efficiently and on time.
• Document department productivity and resolve issues as they arise.
• Communicate detailed instructions and procedures related to patient transportation.
• Use proper body mechanics and transfer techniques to lift, transfer, and transport patients when needed.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Approximately one year of previous hospital work experience.
• Basic CPR certification completed during orientation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical ability to schedule workflows and resolve issues.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in patient transport or healthcare logistics.
• Familiarity with hospital operations and procedures.
