Patient Transporter

• Schedule: Evenings | Full Time

• Safeguard patient comfort and dignity by safely moving patients between rooms, procedural suites, and discharge areas.
• Streamline patient flow through prompt transports that keep hospital schedules running smoothly and reduce wait times.
• Monitor patient safety in transit, managing mobility gear securely and alerting clinical staff to any immediate needs.
• Maintain transport equipment, ensuring stretchers and wheelchairs are sanitized, inspected, and ready for use.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
