Schedule: Full-time | Friday - Sunday 7:00am - 7:30pm

- Provide safe, compassionate patient transport across the facility via wheelchair, stretcher, or bed—ensuring continuous comfort and care while managing critical attached equipment like intravenous pumps, oxygen tanks, and monitors.
- Support seamless patient transfers into and out of personal vehicles, wheelchairs, and stretchers to deliver a smooth, reassuring arrival and departure experience.
- Streamline clinical workflows by promptly delivering essential medical equipment and diagnostic specimens to requesting units and care teams.
- Dignify end-of-life care by respectfully assisting clinical staff with the sensitive transfer and transport of deceased patients to the morgue.
- Serve as a welcoming ambassador for the hospital, offering clear directions and helpful guidance to put patients, families, and visitors at ease.
- Required Credential(s):
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
