Patient & Volunteer Enrolment (PaVE) Coordinator
Overview
If you have exceptional customer service skills and want to be part of a caring, purpose-driven team, this is a great opportunity to join FluCamp (part of hVIVO) as a Patient & Volunteer Enrolment (PaVE) Coordinator.
FluCamp conducts human clinical trials aimed at improving the treatment — and potential eradication — of common illnesses such as colds and flu. Our studies are carried out in a safe, controlled clinical environment with our volunteers at the heart of everything we do.

As a PaVE Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for volunteers, guiding them through screening, enrolment and participation in clinical trials. This is not a sales role — all volunteers have registered independently.
You’ll provide clear information, confirm medical history, assess eligibility, book appointments and support volunteers throughout their journey, delivering an excellent experience at every stage.
