Job Summary
You will conduct car park patrols, manage illegal parking cases, and support service recovery to maintain a safe and orderly parking environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine car park patrols and perform vehicle checks to ensure compliance and safety
- Identify and address illegal parking cases promptly and professionally
- Respond to car park service recovery needs to resolve customer issues effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and perform basic maintenance while updating defect records
- Capture photographic evidence during deployed duties for documentation
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned to support operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid 2B driving license to operate company vehicles safely
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and integrity in all tasks
- Manage difficult situations calmly and fairly to maintain a positive environment
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior enforcement experience is advantageous but not essential for this role
