COMPENTENCY / DESIRED SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS : 1) Ability to read drawings to be converted into Pattern 2) Highly skilled in using measuring instruments like calipers, compass, metrology table, etc. 3) Highly skilled in using turning lathe, bandsaw, planers and other pattern making equipment 4) Safety awareness
