We are looking for an experienced Pattern Maker / Product Development Technician (100%) to join our Atelier-Team in Wollerau, Switzerland, with immediate effect or by agreement.
Working closely with our design, product development and atelier teams, you will help transform designs into beautifully fitted, production-ready garments while ensuring they are practical and efficient for industrial manufacturing.

What we're looking for
- 3–5+ years of professional pattern making experience
- Knowledge of any CAD system, Gerber Technology preferred
- Excellent tailoring skills
- Experience with high-stretch jersey fabrics
- Grading experience and understanding of industrial production
- Strong communication skills with factories
- Good English skills (German is an advantage)
- A collaborative, hands-on mindset and a passion for continuous learning
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of patterns and garment specifications from prototype to production
- Assist with pattern corrections, grading and fit optimisation
- Participate in fit sessions and document technical comments and pattern updates
- Measure and evaluate development and production samples against specifications
- Prepare technical documentation, size charts and fit comments for manufacturers
- Work closely with the design, product development and atelier teams to ensure garments are production-ready
