The role requires frequent travel to project sites and collaboration with the Project Manager and Estimating Manager to ensure project schedules align with client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimations for commercial paving projects
• Develop competitive project bids using specialized estimating software
• Conduct thorough site analyses to gather relevant project data
• Compile detailed reports to support bids and project planning
• Communicate effectively with clients to clarify project requirements
• Plan schedules in coordination with project timelines and resource availability
• Travel frequently to project sites for assessments and inspections
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Estimating Manager on project status and estimation accuracy

Required Qualifications
