Payment/KYC Manager

Hello, guys! We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Payment/KYC Manager for our contractor, M5Team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the customer verification process in accordance with KYC policies;
• Check customers for fraudulent activity;
• Analyze and process customer documents for identification and verification;
• Process payments in accordance with internal regulations;
• Conduct regular monitoring and risk assessments related to customers.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry;
• Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Intermediate;
• Understanding of KYC and payment processes;
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills;
• Responsibility and punctuality.

Work Schedule:
As our team operates 24/7, this position follows a 4/4 shift schedule:

• Day 1 — day shift, 08:00–20:00;
• Day 2 — day shift, 08:00–20:00;
• Day 3 — night shift, 20:00–08:00;
• Day 4 — night shift, 20:00–08:00.

Then you have four days off to recharge and enjoy your time outside of work. This means approximately 14–16 working days per month.
