Payment Manager

PrimeFox, a recruitment agency, is looking for a Senior Payment Manager for our client, a large international iGaming holding growing projects across Latin America.

We are looking for a strong specialist with deep expertise in LATAM payment infrastructure. You should have experience working with local and international payment providers and understand how iGaming payments work.

The role focuses on developing and optimizing payment solutions across LATAM markets:
raising deposit conversion;
keeping withdrawals stable;
making sure the payment infrastructure runs efficiently.

Key responsibilities
Manage payment processes across LATAM markets.
Source and onboard PSPs and local payment providers, and develop relationships with them.
Optimize deposit and withdrawal flows.
Analyze approval rate, conversion rate, decline rate, payout success and transaction costs.
Develop payment methods tailored to local markets.
Monitor payment routes, limits and backup solutions to keep them stable.
Work closely with Product, Finance, Risk, Compliance and technical teams.
Take part in launching new GEOs and scaling the payment infrastructure.

What we expect
Experience as a Payment Manager or Senior Payment Manager in iGaming.
Strong hands-on expertise in LATAM payment solutions.
Knowledge of local payment methods, especially in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia and Peru.
Experience working with PSPs, banks, aggregators and local payment partners.
Understanding of payment routing, cascading, backup routes and conversion optimization.
Knowledge of KYC, AML, antifraud, chargebacks and payment risks.
Ability to analyze payment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Independence, structure, ownership and strong communication skills.

Nice to have
Active contacts with PSPs and payment providers in LATAM.
Experience setting up payment infrastructure for new iGaming projects.
Experience covering several GEOs at once.
Experience with integrations and technical work with providers.
