Payment Operations Specialist

Now Hiring: Payment Processing Specialist – Fintech | Dubai, UAE Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type - Full Time Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Gender - Female Nationality - Filipino (preferred) Overview We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Payment Processing Specialist to join a leading Fintech company in Dubai. This role focuses on managing international payment operations, ensuring smooth, secure, and compliant transaction handling. Key Responsibilities • Process and manage payment transactions with high accuracy and efficiency • Investigate and resolve delayed, failed, or missing payments across various payment systems • Coordinate with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to ensure seamless transaction flow • Work closely with Sales teams to ensure proper payment protocols and share accurate banking details • Maintain and update a database of banking details, tracking availability and status • Record all fund movements in CRM (Deposits, Withdrawals, Refunds, Bonuses, Credits) • Handle KYC documentation for CRM and payment providers • Maintain detailed reconciliation reports and transaction records for audit readiness • Analyze payment data to identify trends, irregularities, and insights for reporting • Ensure full compliance with AML/CFT policies and regulatory standards • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Compliance, Finance, CRM) to resolve payment queries efficiently

• Proven experience in payment processing / payment operations, preferably in Fintech or Forex industry • Strong understanding of international banking systems (UK banking experience preferred) • Experience working with PSPs, transaction monitoring, and reconciliation • Familiarity with KYC, AML/CFT compliance standards • Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and coordination abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
