Payment Partnership Manager

Perfect for those who aim to:
  • Source and establish relationships with PSPs and service providers in target markets;

  • Analyze competitors - their payment methods, flows, limits, and providers;

  • Negotiate fees and commercial terms favorable to the company;

  • Lead onboarding and merchant account application processes,

  • Contribute to billing/payment strategy and execution plans;

  • Evaluate potential partners and assess business and technical fit;

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective partners;

  • Monitor provider performance (approval rates, settlement, uptime) and drive improvements;

  • Attend conferences, industry events, and partner meetings;

  • Support partners through integrations, product launches, and ongoing account management.

Experience you’ll need to bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, etc.;

  • Experience with dashboards, BI reports, or payment analytics;

  • Understanding of online payment systems and integrations, payment funnels and flows, KYC/AML and compliance procedures, and contractual/financial processes;

  • Proven experience sourcing and onboarding new payment providers - from first contact and negotiation through to live integration;

  • Experience in iGaming, high-risk payments, and fintech will be a plus:

  • Advanced English with strong business communication skills.

  • Ability to handle complex cases, including payment performance drops, provider issues, and settlement delays;

  • Proactive ownership mindset;

  • Willingness to deep dive into operational details, even when the task goes beyond classic business development responsibilities.
