Payment Processing Coordinator (Evening shift, Fixed term)

As a Payment Processing and Treasury Confirmations Coordinator, you will be working with processing Convera customer transactions, as well as FX trades confirmations and Treasury settlements. This is a fixed term, 12 months contract, with hybrid model (onsite 2-3 times per week), an evening shift, 4 PM – 12.30 AM, Monday to Friday.

Please note: For this position, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the country they apply to and be able to start and maintain employment without visa support from Convera.

You will be responsible for:

• Processing incoming and outgoing transactions using various methods
• Monitoring transactions statuses
• Monitoring and confirming FX trades, generating settlements to Convera counterparties
• Conducting different investigations related to payment processing
• Providing consistent, quality service to assist Client Support and Treasury teams in facilitating client transactions

You should apply if you have:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Excellent time management skills - ability to meet deadlines/sense of urgency/multitasking
• Attentiveness to details and adherence to established procedures
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience on a busy team in a client-facing function within the financial services sector
• Ability to work night and/or day hours (midnight–8:30, 8–16:30 LT time) when needed
• Proficient spoken and written English skills
