Payment Operations provide services for various payments products around the globe, with offshore presence in China, India and Poland. Krakow’s operations focus mainly on European Markets, with language dependencies. Assistant Vice President – Payment Operations will be responsible for managing multiple team within Payments Business Service, providing support to Business stakeholders, local management and operations teams.

- Strong Relationship building skills and attention to details
- Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
- Good team player
- Computer literacy
- Fluent English, German as an asset
- Professional experience in shared services environment would be an asset
- General knowledge of Payments and SWIFT communication channel would be an asset
- Knowledge of any other language would be considered as an asset
