Join our Payments Operations team to help process and control domestic and international payments end-to-end. You’ll ensure payments are completed accurately, on time, and in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements—while continuously improving how we work.

What we offer

The pay range for this role is 7634 PLN - 9541 PLN (monthly, gross).

Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.

What you need to have to succeed in this role

  • Proven experience in payments operations, banking operations, or a comparable processing and controls environment.
  • Sound understanding of payment lifecycles and investigation processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a disciplined approach to risk and controls.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented working style.
  • Confidence using operational systems and data tools, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
  • At least communicative English (B2), Hebrew (B1).
  • Working in shifts and based on business calendar (between 8:00 till 18:00 under balance time).
