**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Payne Edinburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
6. Proficient in computer skills and working with CRM software.
7. Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
8. Automotive industry experience is a plus.
