As Tolka Valley Nursing Home, part of Ethos Care, prepares to open its doors, we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll & Accounts Assistant to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting accurate and timely payroll processing

• Managing invoices, accounts payable and financial records

• Assisting with bank reconciliations and payment runs

• Responding to payroll and finance queries

• Maintaining accurate, confidential financial records

• Supporting financial reporting and compliance requirements

About You

• Qualification in Finance, Accounting or a related field

• Previous experience in payroll or accounts administration

• Strong numerical and Microsoft Excel skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities

• A proactive, reliable and professional approach

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Legal right to work in Ireland
