Payroll & Hr Specialist

As part of our expanding SAP Managed Payroll Services (MPS) and BPO organization, we are building a new team across the Nordics and Baltics. We are looking for an experienced Payroll & HR Specialist to support high-quality HR services, including time management, benefits administration, pensions, insurance, and garnishments.
Your Responsibilities
Deliver HR operational services for assigned customers
Manage HR data related to benefits, pensions, insurance, time tracking, and garnishments
Support process improvements and ensure compliance with local regulations
Maintain HR documentation, SOPs, and work instructions
Handle complex HR cases and serve as an escalation point
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Support training, onboarding, and knowledge sharing within the team
What You Bring
3-5 years of HR operations, payroll, or BPO experience
Hands-on experience with benefits, pensions, insurance, time tracking, and employee administration
Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in Estonian and English
Nice to Have
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, or HR service delivery environments
Knowledge of HR analytics, automation tools, or benefit platforms
Experience working with international clients
