Payroll & Benefits Specialist (m/f/d) (ANÜ)

The position will be filled as part of employee leasing (temporary staffing).

As Payroll & Benefits Specialist (m/f/d) you are responsible for processing payroll, pension and benefits for all our sites in Europe including:

• Ensuring data delivery to service providers in time and with high data quality (incl. administration of respective tools and interfaces)
• Implementing and processing regular checks and controls to ensure reliability and correctness
• Managing of and working closely together with our external service providers
• First point of contact and consultant for our employees and expats in Europe for all questions, inquiries and solutions relating to these topics, such as:
  
  • Payroll (inquiries, questions, corrections, etc.)
  • Pension plan and insurances
  • Retirement
  • Time accounts (e.g., value account)
  • Administration, participation and consultation on our entire benefit portfolio
• First point of contact and responsible for regular audits (internally and externally)
• Drive process enhancements (operational excellence) in your area of responsibility and ensure proper documentation
• Administration of our internal time-keeping system in Germany
