Salary: $800-850 daily

Our client is a large, global organisation currently investing in a major technology transformation. As part of a broader digital overhaul, they're rolling out Oracle Fusion across the group, with payroll a key focus area of this change.

About the Role
As Payroll Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in the Oracle Fusion implementation, focusing on payroll workstreams. You'll work closely with project and technical teams to ensure payroll processes are accurately captured, tested, and delivered.

Duties / Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document payroll business requirements for the Oracle Fusion implementation
• Partner with technical teams to translate payroll requirements into system design
• Support payroll process mapping, gap analysis, and testing activities
• Liaise with stakeholders across payroll, HR, and finance to validate solution design
• Assist with training and change management activities for payroll end users

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on payroll-focused projects
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, ideally within a payroll implementation
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience working within large, complex organisations
