Payroll & Compliance Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll & Compliance Executive to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing and statutory compliance, particularly within the labour law consultancy sector. This role is crucial for ensuring that our payroll operations run smoothly and comply with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Process payroll and calculate salaries accurately and on time. - Ensure compliance with EPF and ESIC regulations, including the preparation of necessary challans. - Manage Professional Tax (PT), MLWF, and other statutory compliance requirements. - Maintain statutory registers and ensure adherence to labour law compliance. - Handle employee UAN, ESIC registration, and KYC documentation efficiently. - Stay updated on applicable labour laws and statutory procedures to ensure compliance. - Collaborate with HR and other departments to resolve payroll-related queries and issues. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of payroll processing and salary calculations. - Familiarity with EPF, ESIC compliance, and statutory regulations. - Experience in managing Professional Tax, MLWF, and other statutory compliance. - Understanding of labour law compliance and maintenance of statutory registers. - Ability to handle employee documentation related to UAN and ESIC. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills to interact with employees and management.
