The Opportunity: We Will Train You
You do not need to be a payroll expert to apply. We heavily value transferable skills and are fully equipped to train the right candidate.
- If you are entry-level: We provide hands-on training and guidance to build your knowledge of payroll systems, spreadsheet management, and compliance.
- If you are a seasoned specialist: You will find immediate opportunities to leverage your multi-state expertise, lead complex reconciliations, and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily duties will scale alongside your experience level and training:
- Payroll Processing: Assist with or lead biweekly multi-state payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
- Data Management: Collect, review, and input timecard data, tips, bonuses, and adjustments.
- System Maintenance: Update trackers, spreadsheets, and employee records (new hires, changes, terminations).
- Support & Inquiry: Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee questions regarding taxes and deductions.
What We Are Looking For
- A professional work history in data entry, administration, HR, bookkeeping, or payroll.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to data privacy.
- Proficiency with computers and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); familiarity with ADP or TEAMWORK is a plus.
