πŸ“ Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing activities for employees across Australia, New Zealand, and Guam markets.

  • Process regular fortnightly payroll cycles and off-cycle payroll runs accurately and within required timelines.

  • Maintain accurate employee payroll records including new hires, resignations, leave entitlements, tax declarations, and statutory contributions.

  • Ensure payroll calculations comply with relevant employment regulations, tax requirements, and statutory guidelines.

  • Verify and process payroll components including overtime, allowances, deductions, leave balances, and employee benefits.

  • Support monthly payroll closing activities, including payroll reconciliation, accrual reporting, payroll journals, and headcount reports.

  • Prepare payroll-related reports and provide accurate data analysis to HR and Finance stakeholders.

  • Liaise with regional HR teams, Finance teams, employees, and external payroll vendors to resolve payroll enquiries.

  • Monitor payroll system workflows and support HRIS integration processes between Workday and local payroll systems.

  • Handle payroll-related tickets and provide timely support to internal stakeholders.

  • Assist with audit preparation by maintaining accurate payroll documentation and records.

βœ… Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on payroll processing experience.

  • Mandatory: Experience managing Australia (AU) payroll.

  • Experience supporting New Zealand (NZ) and/or Guam payroll will be highly advantageous.

  • Familiarity with payroll systems such as SAP, Workday, iChris, or similar HRIS/payroll platforms.

  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, statutory requirements, and compliance practices.

  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Able to manage deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with regional stakeholders.

  • Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident only.
