Payroll Executive
Responsibilities:
Manage in-house payroll process full cycle using Timesoft/Workday.
Responsible for accurate and timely payroll computation and processing.
Perform timesheet calculations and liaise with the Operations on the attendance and leave matters.
Handle tax clearance, monthly CPF submission, annual income tax filing and the submission of government paid-leave claims, NS claims, etc.
Work closely with Finance on payroll closing, GL posting and perform payroll reconciliations.
Attend to staff queries on payroll related matters.
Involve in the annual HR audit exercise and other HR projects.
Prepare monthly manpower costing report and perform cost analysis for review.
Submit statutory report and survey to the authorities.
Provide support on any ad-hoc HR related tasks or projects.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in Payroll. Overseas payroll experience is an added advantage (for Indonesia, Myanmar, Cambodia, China and Malaysia).
Experience in handling high volume of payroll for more than 500 headcount.
Must be able to start immediately or in short notice
Good payroll knowledge and well-versed in the Employment Act and HR practices.
Proficient in Times/Workday Software with Advanced MS Excel skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communications, analytical skills.
Independent and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous, fast learner and well organized.
Excellent multi-tasking skills to meet tight payroll deadlines for the Group.
