Payroll Executive (Timesoft / Prosoft)
Manage monthly payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
Handle employee compensation matters, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits (including medical insurance and leave entitlements), etc
Ensure statutory compliance, including IR21 submissions and payroll-related regulations.
Maintain accurate HR and payroll records, and handle employee queries on payroll, benefits, and taxes.
Prepare HR reports, perform data analysis using Excel, and assist with audits and management reporting.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to payroll and benefits administration.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
3-5 years of HR experience with a focus on payroll and compensation & benefits functions
Experience with Timesoftware is advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analytical tasks
Solid understanding of employment regulations and CPF guidelines in Singapore
