What you'll do

• Payroll and social security management.
• Manage different collective agreements.
• Social Security management via SILTRA.
• Management of complex Excel files.
• Interact with the HR and economic-financial departments.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree: Labor Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar.
• Studies/Knowledge regarding current labor regulations.
• Knowledge of SILTRA and Meta 4 (Essential)
• Experience in expatriate management and regulations of chartered territories.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience.
• Responsibility, capacity for work, and project management.

Nice to have

• Intermediate English.
