Payroll & HR Officer (Contract)

Location: Central Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,000 per month
Contract Duration: 4 Months

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to provide hands-on support across HR operations and monthly payroll coordination for a 4-month contract assignment.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR administration and employee-related matters.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
• Consolidate, check and submit payroll information to the external payroll vendor.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters and other documentation.
• Assist with work pass applications, renewals and related administration.
• Maintain employee records, leave and medical benefits information.
• Attend to general HR and payroll enquiries.
• Ensure HR practices and documentation are in compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
• Provide other HR operational support as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant HR operations / payroll administration experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF and MOM requirements.
• Experience coordinating payroll with an external payroll provider will be advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Able to commit to a 4-month contract.
• Candidates who are available at short notice will have an advantage.
