- Lead, develop, and empower a large payroll team (30+ employees) to deliver high-quality services
- Oversee daily operations, planning, and prioritisation to ensure efficient and accurate payroll delivery
- Act as subject matter expert for German/Austrian payroll, supporting complex cases and escalations
- Manage client relationships, represent the function, and handle service discussions and escalations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes and delivery models
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional and international projects, including onboarding of new clients
