Payroll Manager

Payroll Operations:

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for all employees.

- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, incentives, bonuses, reimbursements, deductions, and final settlements.

- Validate payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, variable pay, and statutory deductions.

- Process Full & Final (F&F) settlements for exiting employees.

- Ensure timely salary disbursement and payroll reporting.

Statutory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, Gratuity, and other applicable labor laws.

- Coordinate statutory filings, returns, and audits.

- Support internal and external compliance audits.

HRMS & Payroll Systems:

- Manage payroll through HRMS platforms such as Darwinbox, or similar systems.

- Ensure payroll master data accuracy and system integrity.

- Conduct payroll reconciliation and system audits.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Prepare monthly payroll reports, MIS, headcount reports, and cost analysis.

- Generate reports for management, finance, and auditors.

- Monitor payroll costs and identify areas for process improvement.

- Identify opportunities for payroll automation and process optimization.

- Develop and maintain payroll SOPs and process documentation.

- Implement controls to improve payroll accuracy and efficiency.
