Payroll Officer (Marine Crew, up to $5500)

• Location: Pasir Panjang

• Permanent position

• 5 days work week

• Salary: up to $5500 with good bonuses

Job Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for crew members (700-1000 headcount) accurately and on time

• Verify timesheets, allowances, and overtime claims

• Ensure compliance with company policies and maritime regulations

• Maintain payroll records and crew data

• Handle payroll queries from crew and internal stakeholders

• Assist with month-end closing, reporting, and audits

• Liaise with manning agents and vessels on payroll matters

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Experience in crew payroll processing

• Familiar with maritime payroll practices

• Proficient in Excel and payroll systems

• Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
