Job Description

About the role...

As Payroll Project Coordinator, you’ll coordinate project information, actions, dependencies, risks and communications across partners, customers and internal teams. You’ll help maintain delivery visibility and momentum, support the use of ELMO’s methodologies and tools, and ensure issues are documented, followed up and escalated appropriately.

What you’ll do

• Support projects from initiation and planning through configuration, testing, go-live and hypercare.
• Maintain accurate project plans, scope, milestones, dependencies, decisions, actions, risks and issues.
• Prepare concise status updates covering progress, risks, decisions and support required.
• Coordinate communication between partners, customers and ELMO teams across Services, Product, Support, Sales and Customer Success.
• Clarify ownership, next steps and timeframes, and follow up agreed actions.
• Support partners with implementation methodologies, templates, playbooks, tools and governance requirements.
• Raise or coordinate tickets and track them through to an outcome, update or escalation.
• Capture recurring risks, lessons learned and partner feedback to improve scalable delivery.

Desired Skills and Experience

What you’ll bring

• Experience coordinating Payroll, workforce management, HR technology, SaaS or business transformation projects.
• Experience working across multiple organisations, vendors, partners or third-party providers.
• Working knowledge of milestone tracking, risk and issue management, dependencies, status reporting and escalation.
• Strong relationship management, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify delivery risks early, coordinate action across teams and escalate appropriately.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using project management tools and maintaining accurate project documentation.
• A customer- and partner-focused approach with strong ownership and follow-through.
