Payroll & Audit Management

• Multi-Country Processing: Manage and execute end-to-end payroll cycles for assigned countries
  across the region, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and labor regulations.
• Data Integrity Audit: Conduct comprehensive audits of employee records within the ADP Payroll
  System. This includes pulling comparative reports from UKG to validate the accuracy of information
  for new joiners, leavers, and active employee updates.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll reports to ensure all data movements (promotions, job
  changes, and terminations) are accurately reflected before finalization.
• Compliance: Monitor and implement updates regarding government-mandated benefits and payroll
  tax requirements for all applicable jurisdictions.

Timekeeping & Stakeholder Support

• WFM System Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the Workforce Management
  (WFM) system. Pull attendance reports and assist employees and leadership with complex
  timekeeping needs and manual adjustments.
• Stakeholder Communication: Lead the communication of payroll rollouts, policy updates, and
  process changes to both the management team and the general employee population.
• Inquiry Resolution: Provide expert-level support to employees and managers regarding payroll
  discrepancies, tax inquiries, and statutory benefit concerns.
