A pristine small-town hospital in Northern Minnesota is seeking a full-time, permanent, REMOTE Payroll Specialist to join their thriving team!

Pay Range: $32.00 - $42.00/hour
The Payroll Specialist Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
- Monday - Friday within standard business hours
- Hybrid/Fully Remote Payroll Specialist role but must be a permanent resident of Minnesota
- Excellent health/dental/vision insurance coverage
- 401(K) plan and employer matching available to selected Payroll Specialist
- Payroll Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the hospital's timekeeping and payroll systems for accuracy
- Payroll Specialist will assist with payroll processing, HRIS data maintenance, and the creation of reports, audits, and filings within payroll
Payroll Specialist Qualifications:
- Must possess a High-School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Must have at least 3 years of end to end payroll experience, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting
- Highly desirable to have a strong HR background or any payroll certifications
