Payroll Specialist (Luxury Boutique Hotel)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for approximately 200 hotel employees using Timesoft payroll system.
• Ensure accurate and timely computation of salaries, overtime, allowances, incentives, deductions and bonuses.
• Administer CPF contributions, IR8A submissions, tax clearance and other statutory payroll requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records, attendance, leave and payroll-related documentation.
• Review and reconcile payroll reports, ensuring accuracy before salary disbursement.
• Handle general cashier duties, including daily cash collections, banking deposits and cash reconciliations.
• Monitor cash floats, petty cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures and internal controls.
• Liaise with HR and Finance on payroll, cash management and reporting matters, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and Singapore regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Meticulous, trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.

Salary: $5,000 + AWS + performance bonus
