Payroll Specialist – Paylocity (Bilingual English/Spanish Required)

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist with advanced, hands-on expertise in Paylocity to take full ownership of payroll operations.

This role is responsible for full-cycle payroll processing and serves as the primary point of accountability for payroll accuracy, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate is confident working independently, managing high-volume payroll, and resolving discrepancies in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.

This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have direct, hands-on experience processing payroll in Paylocity and be able to manage payroll functions independently.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this role. The position requires daily communication with employees in both languages, including explaining payroll details, resolving issues, and providing support.
