We are looking for your talent to join one of our projects as a Payroll Specialist.

This position belongs to the Digital Operations and Platforms (DOP) area of the company.

Requirements:

· 1-2 years of experience.

· English advanced level.

Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

· Good understanding of human resources processes (COE and Ops).

·Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data analysis, and reconciliation activities.

· Familiar with Payroll processes in ERP.

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies

· Manage tracking and reporting databases to reflect status and selections.

Responsibilities:

· Diligently coordinate operations and interact with stakeholders for smooth delivery

· Payroll approvals.

· Analyze reports and dashboards for effectively managing client expectations and organizational objectives.

· SLA management.

· Supervise and motivate team members to perform their best.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Critical thinking and logical thinking.

· Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

· Thinks outside of the box.

· Demonstrated ability to be a fast learner and diligent worker.

· Problem solving abilities.

Details:

· Salary: Up to $25k MXN (based on candidate experience and qualifications).

· Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco.

· Type of work: On-site training. Hybrid work model after training.

· Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
