Welcome to Martignetti Companies, the leading distributor of wine and spirits in New England.

Our payroll team supports approximately 2,000 employees across multiple states during peak periods. We process both weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for a diverse workforce that includes exempt and nonexempt employees, union and non-union employees, seasonal and temporary staff, and commission and incentive-based compensation plans.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day payroll operations for the organization while leading and supporting the payroll team. The Payroll Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance with payroll laws and company policies, supporting payroll system administration, and helping drive continuous improvement within payroll operations.

This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with three days per week in our Taunton office and two remote workdays. The salary range for this role is $85,000-$95,000.
