What you'll do

Comprehensive management of assigned centers:

• Full payroll cycle (inclusion of variables, calculations, pre-closing reviews, review of IRPF regularizations, reconciliation of transfers and accounting, etc.).
• Submission of social security filings and resolution of incidents arising from them.
• Management of hiring.
• Affiliation incidents via CASIA.
• Communication via Contrat@ and Certific@.
• Handling of collective agreements applicable to the assigned centers.
• Preparation of reports relating to the assigned centers.
• Liaison with middle management of the assigned centers.
• Resolution of employee inquiries.
• Submission of Model 111 and 190.
• Management of Social Security debt.

Requirements

• Training in Labor Relations or similar.
• Minimum of one year of experience performing the tasks described.
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Essential: Experience in handling SAP HR.
