PB Quality Inspector - Saxdor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities List the job’s essential or most important functions and responsibilities. Include all important aspects for the job whether performed daily weekly, monthly, or annually and any that occur at irregular intervals.

• Is accountable for ensuring that established Quality standards and objectives are met or exceeded within his/her area of Quality responsibility
• Can review Quality/Warranty issues and determine root cause
• Can work with MFG to present the problem & countermeasures through the CAR system
• Can complete required system checks as required. Some examples as follows
  • AC/DC electrical equipment
  • Drainage system
  • Fresh water system
  • Waste system
  • Fuel system & fuel restriction test
  • AC/Heat
  • Propulsion system
  • Performance testing in pool or inshore

• Other duties may be assigned.
  • Trained to use measuring devices such as ultrasound machines, wet film gauges, moisture meters, etc.
