Priory Hospital Mill Garth, Leeds, West Yorkshire is a level 2 rehabilitation service for adult males with a range of mental health disorders. It is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes serving Meanwood and Leeds railway station approximately 3–4 miles from the service.
Priory Hospital Market Weighton, East Yorkshire is a level 2 rehabilitation service for adult males, offering a tailored therapeutic programme focused on stabilisation, skills development, and community integration. It is accessible by public transport, with a bus stop nearby and local bus and train links in the surrounding area. The M62 motorway is approximately 8 miles away, with road connections along the main York–Hull route.
You’ll need your own vehicle and a full driving licence — we’ll cover all business mileage

- Demonstrate best practice in the implementation of PBS, working with individuals, colleagues, key stakeholders, internal and external multidisciplinary teams, and families.
- Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments.
- Develop and implement PBS plans.
- Provide staff training and development, including PBS, practice workshops, and other associated training.

Essential for the role
- Formal qualification in PBS or related field (e.g., BSc in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, MSc Applied Behaviour Analysis, MA or MSc in Autism Studies, PBS/ABA Graduate Diploma).
- Qualified at Degree level or higher in a relevant field, e.g., Psychology.
- Experience working with people with co-occurring mental health conditions.
