Manage and monitor system development projects and timelines.
Provide ERP and application support to users.
Manage MSSQL databases, including database structure and documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve system, database, and technical issues.
Maintain system documentation and reports.
Conduct user training for new staff and after system upgrades.
Work closely with IT teams and users to ensure smooth system operations.
Perform other IT-related duties and ad hoc assignments as required.
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
