工作內容
-整合 SAP、Foundry、OSAT 及內部生產相關資料。
-建立 WIP、Output、Cycle Time、Inventory、Demand/Supply、Delivery、Yield 等 Production Dashboard。
-使用 Power BI、Power Query、SQL、Python 等工具進行資料分析及流程自動化。
-建立 Production KPI、Data Model 及 Data Validation機制。
-改善既有人工 Excel Report，提高資料處理效率。
-建立 WIP Delay、Supply Shortage、Capacity Gap、Delivery Risk 等異常預警。
-進行 Foundry、CP、Assembly、FT 等生產績效分析。
-與 Production Planning、Procurement、Sales、IT 等單位合作，建立 Data Driven Production Management。

具備能力
-2年以上 Data Analytics、Manufacturing、Supply Chain 或相關經驗。
-熟悉 Excel。
-SQL、Power BI/Power Query、Python 中至少兩項具實際應用經驗。
-良好的資料分析與問題解決能力。
-喜歡將重複性人工工作自動化。
