What You'll Do
As a Resident Assistant / Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on support to seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods.
Your responsibilities include:
Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Provide personal care while promoting independence, dignity, and comfort
Assist with transfers, positioning, and other routine care needs
Offer companionship and emotional support to residents
Monitor and report changes in residents' needs or conditions
Maintain accurate resident care documentation
Work closely with nursing and resident care teams
Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and positive environment
What We're Looking For
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of related healthcare or caregiving experience required
Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Home Health, or Long-Term Care welcomed
CNA certification is a plus, but not required for all caregiver positions
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent resident care
Ability to successfully complete required background checks and applicable training
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
