PCBA Method & Maintenance Supervisor

Description - External

1) Responsible for PCBA transfer/localization

2) To review with Industrialization team for all deliverables of new design PCBA

3) To join PCBA process qualification for PCBA produced in EMS if needed

4) Backend (non-SMT) machine management

5) To contribute WPF PCBA process competency improvement

6) Lead/participate new product PCBA process design, to provide plant constrain regarding PCBA manufacturing

7) To review with central team for manufacturability & testability of PCBA (contribute to DFX studies)

8) Analyze PCBA layout, provide DFM requirement for new design PCBA

9) Manage/participate PCBA pilot run to be sure PCBA PPEP process been well respected and follow up action plan with related party after SIL

10) To review PCBA process specification, including qualification plan with central team and supplier for new design PCBA and PCBA localization

11) Qualify PCBA process with quality department together and Manufacturing team, and transfer the responsibility of PCBA supplier management to operation team after mass production

12) Provide training to WPF employee in related field (PCBA process)

13) Manage EMS supplier in terms of process related items, like NRE, spare parts, etc.

14) Contribute to PCBA supplier annual audit

15) Manage product s technical documents and changes to guarantee the products manufactured in WPF are aligned with the technical specifications defined by R&D/CE & support QVE efforts
