PCBA Operations Manager(Mexico)

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the production, logistics, and inventory departments, ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, and production planning.

Perform PCBA diagnostics, repair, and precision BGA component as required.

1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the production, logistics, and
inventory departments.
2. Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure the smooth running of
the departments.
3. Ensure that all products meet turn around time requirements.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships Customer, Engineering team, and
other cross-functional teams.
5. Monitor and analyze departmental performance data, identify areas for
improvement, and implement solutions to drive efficiencies and reduce costs.
6. Ensure that all employees are trained and equipped to perform their roles
effectively.
7. Create and provide KPI reports to senior management.
