PCBA Production Supervisor(Mexico)

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production workers, ensuring that production schedules are met, and that all products are produced to the highest quality standards.

Perform PCBA diagnostics, repair, and precision BGA component as required.

3. Develop and implement production plans and schedules.
4. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure that
production goals are met.
5. Ensure that all production equipment is in good working order and that
maintenance schedules are followed.
6. Train and develop production workers to improve performance and productivity.
7. Maintain accurate production records and reports.
8. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations.
9. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
