Pay & Benefits

• Salary & Earnings: Up to £32,000 basic salary per annum (dependent on experience) + competitive productivity bonus
• Hours & Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 17:00 PM (1-hour break) — STRICTLY NO WEEKENDS

Role Overview & Responsibilities

• Performing thorough Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), pre-sale checks, and initial vehicle preparation to manufacturer standards.
• Carrying out routine servicing, safety inspections, fluids, brakes, and light mechanical maintenance.
• Learning and applying manufacturer guidelines under expert guidance to build your technical diagnostic skills.
• Working closely with the Workshop Controller to ensure all vehicle health checks and documentation are completed accurately.

Requirements

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent qualification).
• Experience: Previous PDI, prep, or servicing experience within a main dealer, independent garage, or vehicle prep center.
• Licence & Tools: Full UK driving licence & own basic tool kit.
• Traits: Strong attention to detail, pride in quality workmanship, and a real desire to learn and progress through official brand training.
