PDI Technician

- Be responsible for PDI & service at customer site based on company arrangement.
- Assist Application Engineer to instruct customer to make first product installation.
- Instruct product installation at customer site to ensure the installation requirement fulfilled
- Timely and accurate provision of on-site service reports
- Collect customer & competitor product information: production plan, material plan; assist sales, factory to take related action
- Solve quality problem at customer site on time
- Any other job assigned by department and superior.
